## Biography

Carla Kettner is a television writer and producer. Born in Calgary, Canada, she graduated from the University of Southern California before moving to Australia, where she worked as a journalist and award-winning short story author.

She transitioned into writing and producing Australian television and later returned to Los Angeles. Kettner has written episodes of *Bones* (2005), serving as writer, teleplay and story credits on the series, and *The Blacklist* (2013). Other writing credits include *Zoo* (2015), *Drop Dead Diva* (2009), *Due South* (1994) and *Judging Amy* (1999).

She has held executive producer positions on *Bones*, *The Blacklist*, *Vanished* and *The Mob Doctor* (2012). Kettner co-created and served as showrunner on *Panhandle* (2022) and is showrunner on *Alert: Missing Persons Unit* (2023).
