Carlo Bernard is a writer and producer. He co-created the Netflix series *Narcos* (2015–2017) alongside Chris Brancato and Doug Miro, contributing as writer, teleplay writer and executive producer.

He co-created *Narcos: Mexico* (2018–2021) with Doug Miro. His film screenplay credits include *The Great Raid* (2005), *The Uninvited* (2009), *Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time* (2010), *The Sorcerer's Apprentice* (2010) and *The Great Wall* (2016). He created the miniseries *Griselda* (2024) and has directed episodes of *Law & Order* (1990).
