Carol Case is a Canadian costume designer. She trained at Wimbledon School of Art in England and began her career in theatre before working in film and television.

She is known for designing costumes on the FX anthology series *Fargo* (2014–2024, 40 episodes) and the AMC series *Hell on Wheels* (2011–2016, 47 episodes). Other credits include the film *Let Him Go* (2020) and the series *Billy the Kid* (2022–).

Case has received a Primetime Emmy nomination and several AMPIA awards for her work.
