Carol Cutshall is an American costume designer. She studied theatre at Louisiana State University and earned a master's degree in fine arts in costume design from Tulane University in New Orleans.

She worked as assistant costume designer on *The O.C.* before joining *One Tree Hill* as costume designer in 2007, where she continued the established character looks across multiple seasons. Her other credits include *Edmond* (2005), *Piranha 3DD* (2012), *Jessabelle* (2014), *Hot Tub Time Machine 2* (2015), *Hot Summer Nights* (2017), *The Domestics* (2018), *The Man Who Killed Hitler and Then the Bigfoot* (2019), *Lodge 49* (2018–2019) and *Rectify* (2014–2016).
