Caroline Williams is an American actress and producer. Born on 27 March 1957 in Rusk, Texas, she began her career in Texas with roles in films including *Alamo Bay* (1985) and *The Legend of Billie Jean* (1985).

She is best known for portraying Vanita 'Stretch' Brock in *The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2* (1986), for which she received a best actress award at the Catalonian International Film Festival, and for her role as Jennie Burns in *Days of Thunder* (1990).
