Catherine Lambert is an Australian actress and writer. She appeared as the Jazz Singer in *Lost in Translation* (2003), House Slave (uncredited) in *Django Unchained* (2012), and provided voices for Lorikeet and Rabbit in *Napoleon* (1995). She also played Kath in *Peaches* (2004) and Lou in the short film *Your Turn* (2013).

Sophia Coppola saw Lambert performing in Tokyo in 2001. Producer Ross Katz later located her in South Australia and invited her to return to Tokyo for the role in *Lost in Translation*. Lambert contributed to the soundtrack of that film and worked as co-writer, assistant editor and co-producer on *Your Turn*.
