Cathy Mickel Gibson is a producer and production manager. She has worked in film and television since the 1980s, with early credits including accountant on *A Nightmare on Elm Street Part 2: Freddy's Revenge* (1985) and controller on *Ghoulies* (1984).

Her production roles include line producer on *Theodore Rex* (1995), unit production manager on *Bread and Roses* (2000), and co-producer on series such as *Heroes* (2006–2010), *Prison Break* (2005 and 2017), and *Touch* (2012–2013). She served as producer and unit production manager on *This Is Us* (2016–2022).
