Cayvan Coates is a British-Iranian actor. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and has worked in both screen and stage roles.

His television credits include Luca Romano in *The Chelsea Detective* (2022), Zane Burrows in *Midsomer Murders* (2022), Noel Henderson in *Vera* (2021) and Joe Gaunt in *Casualty* (2023). On stage he played Christopher in the National Theatre production of *The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time* (2019) and appeared in *What It Means* at Wilton's Music Hall (2023). He is due to appear in a stage production of *Macbeth* in 2026.
