Cecil Reynolds (1880–1947) was an English actor and physician. Born on 24 November 1880 in Paxton Hall, England, he later worked in Hollywood.

He appeared in a small number of films in the early 1930s, including an uncredited role as Waldman's Secretary in *Frankenstein* (1931), for which he also served as medical consultant. Reynolds played the Minister in Charlie Chaplin's *Modern Times* (1936) and had an uncredited part in *A Study in Scarlet* (1933). He was Chaplin's physician in Hollywood.
