Cecilie Askeland Mosli (born 30 January 1973) is a Norwegian actress and film director. She trained at the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre in Oslo and began her career as an actress in the late 1990s.

As an actress, Mosli is known for roles in *Elling* (2001), *Next Door* (2005), *The Orheim Company* (2012) and *What Happened to Monday* (2017). She has directed episodes of Norwegian series including *Mammon* (2014–2016) and *Acquitted* (2016), as well as two episodes of *Grey's Anatomy* (2017–2018).
