Celia Kenney, also credited as Celia Kaleialoha Kenney, is an American actor. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is the granddaughter of Hawaiian entertainers Beverly Noa and Ed Kenney.

Kenney began acting as a child, appearing as Reina in *The Descendants* (2011). She later played AJ in the 2025 live-action film *Lilo & Stitch*. She has also appeared in short films including *dress* (2013) and *The Party Dress* (2014).

She graduated from Harvard University in 2020 with a B.A. in English and Theater. Kenney trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, the Stella Adler Studio, the Atlantic Acting School and the American Repertory Theater. While at Harvard she was one of the first female cast members of the Hasty Pudding Theatricals and received the Jonathan Levy Award for Most Promising Undergraduate Actor.
