Chan Man-Lei was a Hong Kong actor. He appeared in supporting roles across more than twenty films between the mid-1990s and the late 2010s.

He is credited as Mr. Koo in Wong Kar-wai's *In the Mood for Love* (2000) and as Wu's father in *Fallen Angels* (1995). Other screen credits include *Street Kids Violence* (1999), *Let's Sing Along* (2001), *Love on the Rocks* (2004) and *Three Husbands* (2018). He died on 12 December 2022.
