## Biography

Chang Han, also credited as Han Chang or Hans Zhang, is a Taiwanese actor and assistant director. Born on 1 February 1974 in Taipei, he made his acting debut as Elder Brother in Edward Yang's *A Brighter Summer Day* (1991). He is the son of actor Chang Kuo-chu and the elder brother of actor Chang Chen.

Chang trained in directing at the Beijing Film Academy. He has worked as a second assistant director, including on *Silk* (2006), and has appeared in films such as *Double Vision* (2002) and *Little Big Women* (2020), as well as the series *Someday or One Day* (2019). He was nominated for Golden Bell Awards for his television work.
