Chang Ping-Yu, also credited as Ping-Yu Chang or Bing Yue Chang, was a Taiwanese actress. She appeared in over 180 films between 1951 and the mid-1980s, frequently in supporting roles as mothers and older women.

Born on 20 June 1926 in Tianjin, she is known for her performances in *A Touch of Zen* (1971) as Gu Sheng-zhai's mother, *Ghost of the Mirror* (1974) as the young noble's mother, *Shaolin Wooden Men* (1976) and *Cute Girl* (1980). She won the Golden Horse Award for Best Supporting Actress for *Gain Sons, Not Losing Daughters* (1968). She died on 4 December 2014 in Taipei.
