Charles Frank is an American actor. He was born on 17 April 1947 in Olympia, Washington.

He is known for his role as Dr Jeff Martin in the soap opera *All My Children* (1970–1995) and as Ben Maverick in the television film *The New Maverick* (1978) and series *Young Maverick* (1979). In 1983 he played astronaut Scott Carpenter in the film *The Right Stuff*.

Frank has appeared in guest roles in series including *M*A*S*H*, *Wonder Woman*, *Columbo*, *The Love Boat*, *Filthy Rich* and *Emerald Point N.A.S.*. He has also directed episodes of *Designing Women* and *Evening Shade*. He is married to actress Susan Blanchard.
