Charles McDevitt was an American actor. He appeared as himself in the 1969 documentary film *Salesman*, directed by Albert and David Maysles with Charlotte Zwerin. In the film he is one of four door-to-door salesmen for the Mid-American Bible Company, nicknamed 'The Gipper'.

McDevitt was born on 24 June 1932 in Bayonne, New Jersey. He died on 18 December 2018 in New Jersey.
