Charles Sullivan, also credited as Charlie Sullivan, was an American character actor. Born on 24 April 1899 in Monroe, Louisiana, he began his screen career in the silent era and appeared in hundreds of films, mostly in small or uncredited parts, until the late 1950s.

He is credited as Mike the Prizefighter in *Bad Girl* (1931). Among his many other roles were uncredited appearances as a mug in *The Public Enemy* (1931), a hood in *Scarface* (1932), a cab driver in *Mr. Smith Goes to Washington* (1939), a prison guard in *The Great Dictator* (1940), Nick’s bartender in *It’s a Wonderful Life* (1946) and a townsman in *The Great Race* (1965). Sullivan died on 25 June 1972 in Los Angeles, California.
