## Biography

Charles Winkler is an American film and television director and producer. He is the son of producer and director Irwin Winkler and actress Margo Winkler.

Winkler has directed episodes of series including *Baywatch* (1989) and films such as *Rocky Marciano* (1999), *The Net 2.0* (2006) and *Streets of Blood* (2009). As a producer he worked on *Rocky Balboa* (2006), where he also served as second unit director, and on the *Creed* films (2015–2023).

He was married to actress Sandra Nelson from 1998 until their divorce in 2012.
