Charlie Lieberman is an American cinematographer. He was born on 5 June 1945 in Chicago, Illinois. He began his career in still photography before moving into cinematography, initially working on documentaries, industrial and educational films in Chicago.

Lieberman shot the feature *Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer* (1986). He later relocated to Los Angeles in 1989 and worked on features including *South Central* (1992) and *Love Is a Gun* (1994). His television credits include director of photography on *My So-Called Life* (1994–1995, credited as Charles Lieberman), *Party of Five* (1996–1997), *Once and Again* (1999–2002), *Joan of Arcadia* (2003–2004) and *Heroes* (2007–2010). He is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers.
