Chiara Mastalli is an Italian actress. Born in Rome on 2 August 1984, she began appearing in television fiction in the early 2000s and made her cinema debut in the short film *Ten Minutes Older: The Cello* (2002).

She gained recognition for her role as Eirene in the HBO/BBC/RAI series *Rome* (2005–2007). Other notable screen credits include *Tre metri sopra il cielo* (2004) as Maddalena, *Notte prima degli esami* (2006) and its 2007 sequel as Simona, *Amore, bugie e calcetto* (2008) as Viola, and *Un fantastico via vai* (2013) as Anna.
