Choi Sung-Fai is a Hong Kong cinematographer, also credited as Johnny Choi Sui-Fai and Jimmy Choi. He has served as director of photography on films including *The Mermaid* (2016), *Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons* (2013), *Young Detective Dee: Rise of the Sea Dragon* (2013), *The Taking of Tiger Mountain* (2014) and *Detective Dee: The Four Heavenly Kings* (2018).

He began in the camera department as a focus puller and later worked as a camera operator on *Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon* (2000) and *The Promise* (2005).
