Chopper Bernet is an American actor, producer and director. Born Walter Alan Bernet on 29 January 1963 in Cleveland, Ohio, he began performing as a teenager and trained in theatre, appearing in productions in Colorado, the Bay Area and Los Angeles.

He is known for his role as Chief Engineer in *Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines* (2003) and the voice of Sgt. Adams in *Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron* (2002). Bernet wrote, directed, produced and starred as Carty in the independent film *The Twenty* (2009). His other credits include appearances in *Gloria Bell* (2019), *Snowfall* (2017–2022), *American Crime Story* (2016) and *It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia* (2005–2025), as well as voice work in video games such as *G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra* (2009).
