Chris Fedak is an American television and film writer and producer. Born on 20 August 1975, he is a graduate of the University of Southern California. He launched his career in the mid-2000s as co-creator, with Josh Schwartz, of the NBC series *Chuck* (2007–2012), for which he also served as executive producer and wrote episodes including the pilot.

Fedak has created or co-created further series including *Deception* (2018) and *Prodigal Son* (2019–2021). He has written for *Forever* (2014–2015) and *DC's Legends of Tomorrow* (2016), and contributed the screenplay for the feature film *Ambulance* (2022).
