Chris Harris is a television writer and producer. He wrote 18 episodes of the series *How I Met Your Mother* (2005–2014) and held various producer roles on the show, including executive producer. He also created and wrote for *The Goodwin Games* (2013).

Harris has written for *Acapulco* (2021) and *Frasier* (2023), serving as executive producer and showrunner on both. Earlier in his career he was a writer on *Late Show with David Letterman* (1998–2002). He has received multiple Primetime Emmy nominations.
