Chris Henchy is an American screenwriter, producer and director. Born on 23 March 1964 in New York City, he began his career writing for television series including *Spin City* and created the sitcom *I'm with Her*.

He served as co-executive producer on the HBO series *Entourage* and as a producer on *Eastbound & Down*. With Will Ferrell and Adam McKay he co-created the comedy website Funny or Die, and he has written screenplays for several Ferrell films including *Land of the Lost* (2009), *The Other Guys* (2010) and *The Campaign* (2012). He has also produced features such as *Daddy's Home* (2015), *Get Hard* (2015) and *Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga* (2020).

Henchy is married to actress Brooke Shields.
