## Biography

Chris Regan is an American comedy writer and producer. He has written for the animated series *Family Guy* since 2013 and serves as a co-executive producer on the show.

From 1999 to 2006 he was a writer on *The Daily Show with Jon Stewart*, for which he received five Primetime Emmy Awards and two Peabody Awards. He has also written for *Talkshow with Spike Feresten*, *Lopez Tonight*, *The Burn with Jeff Ross* and *The Jeselnik Offensive*. Regan was born in 1967 in New York City and holds a degree from Ithaca College.

He co-authored the humour books *America (The Book)* and *Shatner Rules* with William Shatner, and published *Mass Historia: 365 Days of Historical Facts and (Mostly) Fictions* in 2008.
