Chris Truelove is a British production designer who has worked extensively in television and film. His credits include the 2006 miniseries *See No Evil: The Moors Murders*, the 2010 television film *The Road to Coronation Street*, and the 2012 miniseries *Room at the Top*.

He is also credited on the Granada series *Sherlock Holmes* (1984), the 2010 film *The Secret Diaries of Miss Anne Lister*, and the long-running comedy-drama *Cold Feet* (1998–2003). Truelove has received BAFTA nominations for his work.
