Christina Pickles is an English actress. She trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and began her career on stage, appearing in Broadway productions including *The Misanthrope* (1968) and *Sherlock Holmes* (1975).

She is known for playing Nurse Helen Rosenthal in the medical drama series *St. Elsewhere* (1982–1988), for which she received five Primetime Emmy Award nominations, and Judy Geller in *Friends* (1994–2003). Her film roles include Isabel Ludlow in *Legends of the Fall* (1994), Caroline Montague in *Romeo + Juliet* (1996), and Angie Sullivan in *The Wedding Singer* (1998). She won a Primetime Emmy Award in 2018 for the series *Break a Hip*.
