Christine Hargreaves was an English actress. Born in Salford, Lancashire, she trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, graduating with an Honours Diploma in 1958, and toured as an understudy with the Old Vic. She joined the original cast of the ITV soap opera *Coronation Street* in 1960, playing Christine Hardman until 1963.

Hargreaves appeared in several films and television productions. Her credits include the Ticket Lady in *An American Werewolf in London* (1981), Pink's Mother in *Pink Floyd: The Wall* (1982), and the Soup Lady in *Nineteen Eighty-Four* (1984). She died in 1984.
