Christine Liu is an American storyboard artist, writer and director working in animation. She contributed as a writer and storyboard artist on the Cartoon Network series *Steven Universe* (2018–2019).

Liu has worked as a storyboard artist on *Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles* (2012), *Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles* (2018), *Centaurworld* (2021) and *Jentry Chau vs the Underworld* (2024). She has directed episodes of *Marvel's Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur* (2023).
