Christopher Monfette is a writer and producer. Born on 24 July 1980 in Holyoke, Massachusetts, he grew up with a lifelong interest in genre fiction. He began his career as an entertainment journalist for IGN and G4 before transitioning to screenwriting and producing.

Monfette has written episodes of *12 Monkeys* (2015–2018), *9-1-1* (from 2018) and *Star Trek: Picard* (2020). He has also contributed to the upcoming series *VisionQuest* (2026). In addition, he has written an eight-issue comic adaptation of Clive Barker’s *Hellraiser* for BOOM! Studios.
