## Biography

Christopher Rydell, also credited as Chris Rydell, is an American former actor. He is the son of film director Mark Rydell and actress Joanne Linville.

Rydell appeared in several of his father's films, including *Harry and Walter Go to New York* (1976) and *On Golden Pond* (1981), in which he played Sumner Todd. He is also known for his roles in *Trauma* (1993) and *For the Boys* (1991). His other credits include *Mask* (1985), *Gotcha!* (1985) and *Flesh and Bone* (1993). He was active from the mid-1970s until around 2010.
