## Biography

Cinders Forshaw is a British cinematographer and member of the British Society of Cinematographers (BSC). She trained in film and photographic arts at the Polytechnic of Central London (now the University of Westminster) and studied cinematography at the National Film and Television School.

Her credits include director of photography on the television series *Tipping the Velvet* (2002), *Perfect Strangers* (2001), *Vera*, *Poldark* (2015–2016) and *Shetland* (2014–2019). She has also worked on features such as *The Unfolding* (2016), *Anita and Me* (2002) and *Dracula* (2006). Forshaw received a BAFTA nomination for *Perfect Strangers* and contributed to the BAFTA-winning drama *Housewife, 49*.
