## Biography

Cindy O'Connor is a composer and performer working in film, television and theatre. She collaborated with Mark Isham and Michael D. Simon on the score for all seven seasons of the ABC series *Once Upon a Time* (2011–2018), receiving a 2018 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Music Composition for a Series (Original Dramatic Score) for the episode "Leaving Storybrooke".

Her other television credits include the Starz series *Crash* and the NBC series *The Black Donnellys*, as well as several Hallmark romantic comedies. Feature film scores include *Forgiving the Franklins* (2007), *Not Forgotten* (2009), *Deany Bean is Dead* (2018) and *Red River Road* (2020). She has also composed additional music for films such as *Warrior* (2011) and *Dolphin Tale* (2011).

O'Connor began her career in musical theatre, with works including the award-winning *All That He Was*, *La Llorona/The Crying Woman* (Off-Broadway) and *Flies! The Musical*. She has received fellowships including the Sundance Lab for Feature Film Scoring and has performed as a keyboard player and singer with Pat Benatar.
