## Biography

Claire Dodgson is a British-American film editor. She is a graduate of the National Film and Television School in the United Kingdom.

Her early credits include second assistant editor on *Corpse Bride* (2005) and first assistant editor on *Fantastic Mr. Fox* (2009). She later edited several animated features for Illumination, including *The Lorax* (2012), *Minions* (2015), *Despicable Me 3* (2017) and *Minions: The Rise of Gru* (2022). She was nominated for an ACE Eddie Award for *Despicable Me 3* and is an elected member of the American Cinema Editors.

Dodgson has also edited the live-action film *Sonic the Hedgehog 2* (2022) and worked as an editor on the children's series *Charlie and Lola* (2006–2007).
