Clare Barron is an American playwright and television writer from Wenatchee, Washington. She wrote three episodes and served as producer on the 2024 FX limited series *Say Nothing*.

Her stage works include the plays *You Got Older* (2014) and *Dance Nation* (2018). She has won two Obie Awards, a Whiting Award and the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize, and was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
