Clare Higgins is a television writer. She began her career in writers' rooms as a production assistant and writers' assistant on series including *The Umbrella Academy* (2019), *Charmed* (2019) and *The Witcher* (2019).

She received writing credits on *The Witcher*, including story and teleplay contributions from 2021 and staff writer and executive story editor roles on later seasons. Additional credits include writers' assistant on *Bridgerton* (2022) and script coordinator on *Devil in Ohio* (2022).

Higgins is from Ann Arbor, Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2017 with a BA in film, English literature and creative writing, and her pilot script 'Crash & Burn' placed in the top three of Final Draft Big Break in 2019.
