Claudette Maillé is a Mexican actress. Born on 11 November 1964 in Mexico City, she spent part of her adolescence in France, where she studied dance and acting, before returning to Mexico to train at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and the Núcleo de Estudios Teatrales, as well as with directors Héctor Mendoza and Julio Castillo. She began her career in theatre and made her film debut in the early 1990s.

Maillé is known for her role as Gertrudis in *Like Water for Chocolate* (1992), for which she received the Ariel Award for Best Supporting Actress. She won a further Ariel Award for Best Actress for *Novia que te vea* (1994). Other film credits include *Sólo con tu pareja* (1991) as Burbus, *Before Night Falls* (2000) as Maria Luisa Lima, and *KM 31: Kilometer 31* (2006). She has also appeared in television series such as *Capadocia* (2008) and *The House of Flowers* (2018).
