Cliff Owen (22 April 1919 – November 1993) was a British film and television director. He began his career as an assistant director in the late 1940s, with credits including *Under Capricorn* (1949).

Owen directed episodes of series such as *The Avengers* and comedy films including *The Wrong Arm of the Law* (1963), *That Riviera Touch* (1966), *The Magnificent Two* (1967) and the 1972 cinema adaptation of *Steptoe and Son*. He was born in London and died in Oxfordshire.
