Colin MacLachlan is a British actor. He is credited as Mr Tom Wilkinson in the film *Billy Elliot* (2000).

His other screen credits include the role of Prison Officer in *Wilde* (1997) and Master Bowles in several *Hornblower* television films released between 1998 and 1999. He appeared as Billy in the 2008 series *Inspector George Gently* and as Sergeant Stone in *The Last Detective* (2003–2004). From 2001 to 2002 he played Brian Noakes in more than 300 episodes of the soap opera *Crossroads*.
