Colleen O'Shaughnessey is an American voice actress. She trained at the University of Michigan, where she earned a B.F.A. in musical theatre.

She is known for voicing Jazz Fenton in the animated series *Danny Phantom* (2004–2007) and Miles "Tails" Prower in the *Sonic the Hedgehog* franchise, including the television series *Sonic Boom* (2014–2017) and the live-action films *Sonic the Hedgehog* (2020), *Sonic the Hedgehog 2* (2022) and *Sonic the Hedgehog 3* (2024). Other credits include Sora Takenouchi in *Digimon Adventure* (1999) and Ino Yamanaka in *Naruto* (2002–2007).
