Connie Tilton (1928–2017) was a British actress and stunt performer. She appeared as the Sand Mother in the Hammer film *When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth* (1970).

Tilton performed stunts in a number of films, including *Gorgo* (1961) and *The Million Dollar Mermaid* (1952). Her acting credits include the role of Mrs Brinkham in an episode of the television series *ITV Playhouse* (1970) and uncredited parts in *Casino Royale* (1967) and *Operation Crossbow* (1965).
