Connor Swindells is an English actor and model. Born on 19 September 1996 in Lewes, East Sussex, he began acting in 2015 after being dared by a friend to audition for a local play, subsequently obtaining an agent. He dropped out of college at 17 to pursue acting.

Swindells gained recognition for his role as Adam Groff in the Netflix series *Sex Education* (2019–2023). His film credits include *The Vanishing* (2018), *Emma.* (2020), *Barbarians* (2021), *Barbie* (2023) and *Scoop* (2024). He has also appeared in the BBC series *SAS: Rogue Heroes* (2022–present) as David Stirling.
