## Biography

Conrad W. Hall is an American cinematographer. He is the son of the Oscar-winning cinematographer Conrad Hall.

He began his career in the camera department, working with his father on several productions in the 1990s, including as camera operator and second-unit director of photography on *American Beauty* (1999). His first feature as cinematographer was *Panic Room* (2002), on which he replaced Darius Khondji during production and received a shared credit.

Hall's subsequent credits as director of photography include *The Punisher* (2004) and *Olympus Has Fallen* (2013). In 2003 he accepted the Academy Award for Best Cinematography on behalf of his father, who had received it posthumously.
