## Biography

Cristóbal Fernández is a Spanish film editor. He is known for his frequent collaborations with director Óliver Laxe, editing *Mimosas* (2016), *Fire Will Come* (2019) and *Sirāt* (2025). He has also edited *MK Ultra* (2022) and numerous other documentaries and fiction films.

Fernández won the Goya Award for Best Editing for *Sirāt*. He co-directed the feature documentary *Mudar la piel* (2018) with Ana Schulz, which premiered at the Locarno Film Festival.
