Crystal Chesney (also credited as Crystal Chesney-Thompson) is an American animation director. She joined Rough Draft Studios in 2000 as a layout artist on *Futurama* and later became a staff director at the studio.

She has directed episodes of *Futurama* (from 2010), *Disenchantment* (2021–2023), *Dawn of the Croods* (2016–2017), *The Boys Presents: Diabolical* (2022) and other series including *Napoleon Dynamite* (2012) and *Clash-A-Rama!* (2018–2019). Earlier credits include work as an assistant sequence director on *The Simpsons Movie* (2007) and roles in animation and art departments on various features and television productions.
