D. Gillian Truster, also credited as Gillian Truster, is a Canadian film and television editor. She is best known for her work on the series *Orphan Black* (2013–2015), for which she won two consecutive Canadian Screen Awards for Best Picture Editing in a Drama Series—the first Picture Editor to achieve this for the same series. She has also received a Directors Guild of Canada Award and multiple Canadian Cinema Editors Award nominations.

Her other editing credits include the series *Snowpiercer* (2020), *The Expanse*, *Anne with an E*, *Orphan Black: Echoes* (2024) and *Sight Unseen*, as well as the films *A Christmas Horror Story* (2015), *Compulsion* (2013) and *Seven in Heaven* (2018). She has worked on numerous Canadian and international television productions since the early 2000s.
