Shangela Laquifa Wadley, stage name of Darius Jeremy Pierce, is an American drag queen, actor and television personality. Born on 22 November 1981 in Paris, Texas, Pierce graduated with a BA from Southern Methodist University.

Pierce first gained attention competing on the second and third seasons of *RuPaul's Drag Race*, returning for the third season of *RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars*. Acting credits include Mikaela in the 2010 series *Terriers*, a drag bar emcee in the 2018 film *A Star Is Born*, and guest roles in series such as *Glee*, *Community*, *Bones* and *The Mentalist*.

Between 2020 and 2024, Shangela co-hosted the HBO series *We're Here* with Bob the Drag Queen and Eureka O'Hara.
