## Biography

Daisy Coulam is a British television writer and producer. She created the long-running ITV series *Grantchester* (2014–present), adapting James Runcie's mystery stories, and has written multiple episodes across its run. She also created and wrote the Channel 4 miniseries *Deadwater Fell* (2020).

Coulam is from Ryde on the Isle of Wight. Her early television work included storylining on *Family Affairs* and script editing on *The Bill*. She trained via the BBC Writers Academy and contributed episodes to *Doctors*, *EastEnders*, *Casualty* and *Holby City*. She later wrote for primetime series including *Death in Paradise* (2014) and *Humans* (2018).
