## Biography

Dallas Goldtooth is an American actor, writer and comedian of Mdewakanton Dakota and Diné heritage. He is an enrolled citizen of the Lower Sioux Indian Community. Born on 3 May 1983 in Redwood Falls, Minnesota, he co-founded the Native American sketch comedy group the 1491s and has worked as a Dakota language instructor and environmental activist.

Goldtooth is best known for playing the recurring character Spirit (William Knifeman) in the FX series *Reservation Dogs* (2021–2023), on which he also served as a writer for seasons two and three. His other acting credits include roles in *Rutherford Falls* (2022), *Ghosts* (2022), *Fallout* (2024), *Echo* (2024), *Rez Ball* (2024) and *The Last Frontier* (2025).
